Management is old ,they are working foe last 10 to 15 yrs they never allowed new people to sustain the company as by putting unwanted pressure in terms of any issue in retail Operation

...m and when they want they can fire anyone. No one was happy while working there. Only they give a salary on time rest they will ask you to come on Sundays and even on holidays. Also they will take your passport the moment you arrived in GHANA.

Dislikes

Natives are good there, but they are not involved in the management system, Directors don't treat their staff as a human, they always insult all the Indians except few.

Not a good company to work for if you are looking forward to a healthy work environment.

Unprofessional and unorganised management. Family owned business. Foul and abusive language used by the management (owners) towards the expat executives.

Dislikes

Few people(Expatriates) working there from many years who are not very encouraging enough to grow others, resulting in big attrition rate every year. Rampant office politics and no career growth. Management connect to expatriates is not consistent enough. Bad culture of Back stabbing & threatening talks. No security & food offered is not good.

Nothing good toxic work culture'...lost underwears in shared accomodation' stay like worker s ' people with family problems are stuck' shared cars near to condemmed' no drivers when you need them'

Dislikes

Season time managers have to load trucks as company pays poorly to workers' expensive canteen for them inside subsidy in name' owner son disrespects even senior employees like crap...papa forgot to teach him manners
