I like working with good infrastructures, supportive of higher managers and easy to design lots of project. I was highly recognized with awards,appreciations and higher number of students also trusted on my education. I was happy with educational facilitation.

Dislikes

It has created starting April ,2016 and then worse in all dimension.. Firstly, the Nursing staffs tried to make a conflict with me. secondly, the research team deny all my projects Thirdly, I never be elected by staffs for any position Fourth, highly discriminated in grand projects,benefits,education opportunities, Fifth, Direct Attack physically first in Mekelle city,Office, etc.. 7th, repeated accuse on my projects at Columbia,MoE and others 8th, Deny all my salary of working,deny my projects. 9th, I got job insecurity,write suspension letter without any wrong action. 10th, Mainly all the problems has faced with my identity. 11th, The university is full of politicians and difficult to work with staffs. 12th,Even still they are accusing intentionally and wrongly. 13th, Insulting me with offensiveness, bad words, isolation terms and identity based. Such problems was faced due to The Government /TPLF/EPRDF which has commuted high crisis,sufferings and false reports,false acuse,corruption ,human right violation is responsible. So, I need to get opportunity to solve critically all the issues with in two years in Ethiopia.

Mekelle University is one of the best Universities in Ethiopia regarding to research,teaching and learning and community services and i happy to be part of this center of excellence.

Dislikes

only the problem visible is related to research.
