Nothing. The face of the people starting with the HR people itself is different than shown before the recruitment.

... fired after 10 days of joining due to trivial HR and management clerical error. No job or salary security. It is quite clear now that they put 5 star fake online reviews to attract patients and even staff. Majority of the staff are good but always frustrated and wanting to leave that place if they had any other humane option in the region. Most of the good or capable people leave the place in 1-2 years time. No good work atmosphere. Management has lot of money but they always want more and more, even will take their money from employees salary.

Great hospital with an excellent patient care system. Very good place which equally taking care of patient satisfaction and employee's. Nice place to update the professional knowledge of us. our hospital is the best in Calicut. It's neatness and the politeness of our staff's etc etc makes it unique among other hospitals.
