I joined here as a junior associate, to learn about Insolvency and Bankruptcy law and 138 proceedings. Top management played a vital role in my growth. Main Partner is a very humble person Good place for CS and CA people

Salary is low as compared to another market competitor but you will learn many things

Nothing to describe about them. The have deducted 15 to 20 percent salary of March month. That is why because the wanted to donate it for the Covid-19 fund adding the same amount of the deductions of staff. But I was shocked to know that the have only donated 1.25 lacs. I was ashamed of it. After that the have not even responded the staffs for salaries of April and May even I was continue working from home. Once they were approached me to come to office during lockdown with a fake pass generated by self. I was ignored and now they ignoring me.

Dislikes

The company is not a company but a baniya shop. They don't care about the staffs except their spoons. Only spoons No gain only pain. Only spoons can stay there. No job security. The both owner are high headed and intensionally wag the tells of staffs. Abusive language and boasting. The salaries are too late i. e., after 15th of the month and that is through cheque. No medical and no pf.

It's a wonderful experience working in a PMC that has its work spread across the length And width of mp.which shows its reliability in handling mass level construction projects with precision and quality in all aspects.work environment has quite routine here frequent visits from team leaders and senior engineers ensure that every thing goes as per specification and design .overall a very dynamic organisation committed to deliver what is being considered as best in the market.
