Honestly nothing, at least the Mumbai branch as of now is really slow and has no work, with no learning scope and whatsoever, if you want money and use pc, not at home i'd recommend this place. further no helpful sr. people at all everyone just like to show that they are the best intellects and because you are a fresher you are stupid. Just sticking around till a better option shows up.

...RYTHING!!!! They only work from 10 to 6 but the nonsense is if you are late i.e. you reach the office by 10:10 you'll be charged as half-day and your pay for half a day will be deducted. The Seniors here are very non-helping types and always show that they are not free and busy with work, whereas if they would help their own work burden will lessen but people here don't like to share actual work and one is stuck doing admin and clerk work despite of an admin and clerks existing. Even in the worst conditions like rain or roit things you are expected to come office rather than work from home, this works as an office rather than a law firm

Salary used to be credited to the account without any hassle on the 7th of every month.

Dislikes

There are more non legal people as compared to Legal ones and I thought that it was a law firm. The environment is very toxic. More of politics and less of learning. Conferences used to continue till 1:00 in the night and on Sundays without any extra pay.
