They don't have any one who listen our issue we didn't get many ammount which I paid from my pocket ,I applied bills on time but no reimbursement happened till now ,I doing mail no one taking serious, holiday pay out still not clear , leave incashment is pending from Jan so as par me they have chang or work in management system which is very poor

its one of my horrible experience working with Megna infotech. at the joing they will tell something but after joing everything will get changed. they don't have job security once project is over they will immediately take you off from the organisation. whatever agreement is there they won't follow that. at the time of FNF settlement you have to followup again again and wait alot. its my suggestion from the new joiners please don't go for Megna. they will treat you like a labour.
