HO staff is very bad und like freshers Specially HR they don't have sense how to treat a employee, if you belongs from north please do not join here. Language politics even driver has power more than a executive just because he is local. No one is monitering of new employees feedback and their rights. HR does not care employee difficulty even do not make mail reply no responding of calls. Totally Worst mangement. More than 100 i extamin here in 2 weeks only.

Discrimination on the basis of North-indian and South-indian, even an ignorant person belongs to south is eligible for the top level management, arrogant site incharges, high level management is involved in corruption, 10 percent increment in 5 years for those who don't have any references, total waste organisation.

Management is not so good. There is No value for smart and hard working employees. The Grouth is given to gossipmonger(चुगली खोर।) It seems very crucial here compared to other companies and it is trending becouse of non involvement of HO and high level management. And even corruption is also there in ground level.
