Likes

Company is good, but because of some employees and colleagues companies name and brand become negative, because of too much politics, Favouritism, No proper management.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Company Removing employees by low performance, even though they have to train employees rather than resign.

Dislikes

People can form groups and easily manipulate senior management for their selfishness and advantage. It is not survival of the fittest. It is the survival of the cunning people. The company lost strong people because of this type of people. But still, Senior management is unaware of it. Some Teams do not have real bonding. In fact, the seniors are dominating the team which does not have the authority. However, they threatened the team members not to disclose it to others and to show unity in front of the senior management. (Mainly Commercial, HR, and Marketing) Team strength is not even 100 people. But in a lot of groups, politics, and toxic atmospheres ( Because of some people) Encouragement is very less as long as not we are not on Management's favorites list.
