New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...ay by day and one of the best company for research and development department... Salary wise very low while 8 hour shift.. regular shift working here.... And not appraisal or promote when you done a big project..... According to say you have no credit you will work here.. peacefully...

WORK LIFE BALANCE IS REALLY GOOD.

EVENTHOUGH COMPANY IS MAKING PROFIT OF 100CRORE PER ANNUN YOU LL RECEIVE SALARY BY 50 DAYS ONCE(YOU LL RECEIVE MARCH MONTH SALARY BY END OF APRIL). THEY ARE ONLY SWITCHGEAR MANUFACTUREE MAKING 100CRORE IN INDIA, BUT THEY LL GIVE YOU HIKE BY 3YEARS ONCE. STARTING SALARY IS 8K PER FOR BOTH FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCED PERSON. NOT SUITABLE EXPERIENCED ONE.

...ery wealthy and need time pass job you can work. Else you go for another option. People working more 15 years is only get 15000 per month as salary. Now they are giving salary for 2 months once.

my company have lot of innovation able products and we can easily handle that and easily adopted to that latest technology.so i love that fact i am a part of that team. and also i get various site experience about testing and commissioning of sf6 Ring Main Unit (RMU),Autorecoser and Sectionalizer which is make move forward in my life as well as skill development also.

compensation is decent but work pressure is very high sometimes, like i have to work 11-14 hours a day which make me tied and also i have to attend client calls in evening sometimes late night . manager do not value an individuals an unique strength, which is why i have to take my suggestion most of the time.there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which make me pain sometimes.
