It's unbelievable experience work with team megafine.. Megafine management gives the freedom to work on new ideas for growth of company as well as own... I worked here almost 4.5 years and such a good experience..

There is no job security, very political culture. Under no tolerance policy company HR do what ever they want. HR doesn't know their work.

Extra working, poor and decrease Increament but every year having increased tounover.

I Working in Megafine Pharma Pvt Ltd in Vapi. In Overall experience in good teamwork and Sr Excutive is motivate in work and learn of overolded work in good patient and continue to work. Life balance in working days as a good satisfaction.

Good work satisfaction basically in daily work with very energetic young team, other departments are also with good knowledgeable and supporting. Management support is most important thing in any new task as well as regular routine work.
