If you are under contacts with covid patient, the company simply allow you to stay at home for 14 days. Thats it. All official staff are allowed to attend office with alternate attendance which is only as per govt. guidelines. No hospitals, no testings are managed by the company. If any staff got infected, company takes no responsibility for treatment and all. On the other hand maximum companies of India has prepared/engaged Covid centers for employees for testings and treatments, but here !! nothing like this.

Dislikes

Company doesn't required your past experience, it need only what they want even you have no experience about that work. Always company invite you on a higher post but after selection they offer you on a degraded post, even if you have more experience than the offered post. All working employees are joined on same condition.
