100% Job security even in the pandemic, salary is on-time, timely response from the management and policies are also supportive.

I don't the manager's behavior as in no is talking about employee growth or goal. No creativity in work.

Nothing, joining means reuining your carrier and CV, no training, no support from anybody, poor goodwill among sellers, Loss of pay (LOP) is common. It's a third party payroll.
