One of the HODs(Mr. Rahul) don't how to talk to his team... He treats them badly... Talks to them harshly and don't listen to them... I asked him to provide me with a helping hand(helper or at least a trainee) with my collection because other designers with 3-8 years of experience has 1-2 interns with them... and when I asked him one for me... he didn't hear me and told me to leave his cabin. That's how he treats a 10 years experienced person... Company might be good, but seniors like him are the worse ones I have ever met in my entire life....

It’s the most terrible organisation I have ever worked with, nobody is helpful even they just you like a machine, even I worked on my week off. I’ve been treated like a robot by my seniors and they want to rule everyone’s life. If you’re good looking they will make your life miserable and keep taunting you about it and your personal life. I was not well in December I had covid I didn’t come to office for 3 days after they they told me not to come to office. Instead of talking responsibility they left me alone in this terrible situation, as per my experience I won’t recommend anyone to join Meenu creation and be kind to person around you. Even they wanted me to reach office on time and wanted me to do 10 to 11 hours shift which is not justified as per India policy for an employee

I Really like working with Meenu Creation. All the Employees are very Good. All Senior staff Junior Staff are very helpful. I have a great learning experience there. Carrer growth is very good. Also have a job security for your Job.
