... work environment. All HR policies are in favour of employer, not for employees. Salary and appraisals are very poor and can be reverse the appraisal. Leaves needs to be approve by MD. Not followed hierarki system by the management. Too much politics and poor platform for learning and innovation. Never suggest anyone to join this company

Policy not good .deduction of salary notices warning its favrits of managements minimum deduction 5000 rs may be to what ever, late cominging deduction may be on 3 ,fullday , if due to heavy load not attends mds meeting you may get havy dedction of salary may be minium 5000 rs. Not good for long futher job. Old employees carrier is bad poor.

Work Environment in between employee is good. great place of work individually. But lot of pressure during Office time .Policies is not in favor of employee . No job security of single day . two manager & junior engineer full and final in a day due to company have no money work for them they have no. business

...very ridiculous. MD , CEO is Behave like they din"t know about hierarchy level .They did not gave 3 month salary during Covid . After 3 month they cut 30~10% salary in last 6 month 2020.
