No salary from past six months Salary coming actual is less than CTC offered in offer letter.Even after sending many mails no positive response. No increment from past two years. Half of the CTC of last financial year is still stuck with management. No job security.better to work as atm security than working here. Defending Covid 19 with thermal scanning and hand sanitizer.other than that no major actions taken.Even asked me to come to duty in lockdown even epass was not approved. Told that's your headach. indirectly told to come illegally crossing the state boarders. Working in 12hrs per day from past two years but no appreciation no encouragement no recognisation. Nothing.

Some field Engineer getting more salary than manager hence no salary slab. No rest for operation employees. Other department enjoying with out work load. Waste of time working here. Salary two months delay.

It was absolutely nice and a great experience working with Meenakshi Energy Limited since my joining. A great work place to learn a lot both proffessional and personal things that helped the growth in my carrier.

The people are very jolly in spite of very busy schedule. They are innovative. The work environment is always more of professional and focused on completing the targets in hand. There are entertainment facilities and weekend outings for the interested staffs.

Dislikes

Feeling of insecurity among the employees and uncertainty as regards to future. As the promoter to the Company has changed many times. The people are slightly tense and more self centered.
