salary growth poor as well as career. They never maintain minimum qualification for specific post. Thay hire freshers ITI candidate or Diploma certificate holder or B.tech/ B.E candidate for Engineering post and same designation(TR. Enginer). Pathetic training environment and zero percent Job security. Managers and authorities do not value an individuals strengths due to that maximum persons left job in last 8 months.

No job security because main Director is cheater.....A.P.Naik....All staff against this person...for example relive to this person before 2-2.5year but again join this company.

i'm working 8years and this time many time office name changes so no any benifit to given also after relive 11month completed payment not cleared also exp. letter not given.....only resonsible person cheater .... A.P.Naik......this person relive 2-2.5year before again join this company.......also cheater this person......

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
