Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I have been working with nightingales for last two years. I would consider nightingales as one of the best company to work with in terms of work satisfaction, compensation and work environment, work-life balance. I would consider myself lucky to have Seniors who are always available when you need them to help and supportive teammates

Top level management was very good and support, but branch level management was very worst.

Dislikes

Branch level very worst(HR didn't know handle the staff, they doing only cleaning supervisor. No proper ans in any HR related doubts .
