i like nothing about this company,worst team leaders,Manager won't call you for any update,you are not going to get any leaves even after you have 30 leaves in your bucket. They just talk rudely in front of other employees as well.

Management,Team leader,Process,training everything is worst. And you clearly won't get salary of last month. they will not confirm you event after working more then 6 months.

... improved easily. The job guarantee is 100% secure cab facility are really good. The only side they need to improve is, salary won't be sufficient.

Work culture is really good in Medusind because the way they treat the guys is perfect and we can improve our talent free to talk and no pressure in that concern. Those who to stat the carrier Medusind is the best place.

The major minus is that salary for experience candidate itself they will fix it low salary while comparing to other office

No better infrastructure, no hikes and promotions, less package, no.work life balance, no extra hour pay, no benefit for night shift, nothing knowledge based gain, same role and work order allocation from trainee till team coach level.dont come to this company

Extremely poor work culture. Very high manual work and your work is not defined. Tremendous work pressure and hence no worklife balance. Weekend working is a norm. Very low appraisal hike or zero hike. Very low job security can lay off anytime. Avoid coming here.
