...raisal : This is done first in 6mnths and then after every year one happens My salary got increased only by 2-3k which according to the market rate is quite low bcoz with 6 mnths of exp companies are offering job of 26-32k in hand for the client service executive profile so i guess that's a quite hitting thing

The streamlined system of each and every department from RCM was great. You are likely to work in the same function if the project is big with a lot of team members.

...male members of your team will enjoy the easy work. So, inequality can be there. Also, for the overtime, they will pay as 'Refreshment Allowance' which is wrong because if you get paid as 'Overtime', then you are entitled to get double of your base salary as per the rule of Govt. Of Gujarat (Department of Labour). (i.e. Rs.200/Hr if your regular salary is Rs.100/Hr. ) You need to do overtime compulsorily while you are paid as 'Refreshment Allowance'. Do ask for the 'overtime' and get paid more. The company has a turnover of around Rs200 CR/ Month and has a very high work target but still, they introduced the 'No Work, No Pay' policy at the time of Corona, and because of that lot of employees left the job feeling helpless.
