1 Office politics in all departments 2 no manners to talk 3 everyone pulling others leg 4 no management in any department 5 No fix time of appraisal (mostly 4-5 months late)

The seniors are have a high level disrespect for the juniors. They treat like you are dumb and have zero knowledge. At the time of appraisal they try not to give it, rather, give a notice that you are not working well and give a 1 month notice to show your performance or leave the company. After working for 2 years, they asked us to prove ourselves is just so lame. I would suggest never go for this company.

At medulla i am very satisfied with my work. Company work culture is very good that's why medulla is a good option for employees who like to work with fun and joy.

Dislikes

Company culture is nice but for designers there no way to growth for their career and go to next level. sometime, i have to work 14-16 hours even in my pregnancy days too but there is no appreciation from seniors which make me disappointed.
