Nothing too be like ,it is very worst company have ever seen ,worst management,they treated staff level as workers . Workers also working in bad condition no fan/ air facility given to them. No job security. No employees Value. Even following human being values. 2 monkeys using wrong power. And owner is just sitting on head to surveillance your fault only. No appreciation at all ur work dedication.

I'm writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with medtech management team. Unfortunately, my time at the company was marred by unfair treatment, lack of transparency, unprofessional and poor communication. Despite my hard work and dedication, I consistently felt undervalued and unappreciated. Management's approach was often autocratic, with decisions made without considering employee feedback or concerns. This led to a toxic work environment, where employees felt powerless and demotivated. Furthermore, I experienced unfair treatment firsthand, with management displaying blatant favoritism towards certain employees. This created a culture of resentment and mistrust among team members. I hope that in the future, medtech will take steps to address these issues and prioritize employee well-being and satisfaction. 3rd class management. 3rd class company. Poor very poor don't join this company. Government should ban this company.

Bad manager bangali babu and marwadi manager using wrong power they are drinking alcohol in company. Insecure job. Treatment employees like animals.

Company owners has good Knowledge of all technical requirements / current market trends of medical devices, doing business in very secure manner

Product requirements are seasonal, so in off season, employees are struggling to present themselves as busy in front of management. Also employees turn over [staff] is very high. Hardly two b class employees has completed 10 years in organization.
