Nothing! actually good for people who wish to work in Government Clerical kinda environment. Poor Top Leadership from old school totally clueless on business.

10 to 7 PM timing Tracking of field staff Zero HR Gujarati Malyali Politics Lot of fake documentation used for audit No real manufacturing only OEM Imports Chinese Products Management does not want to invest on new products Only CEO/GMs/Directors and their favourites will get appraisal Appraisal cycle in October not in FY start Cunning and Weird Insecure Managers Most of ASM RSM dont go to field on time Inexperienced people handling business 30% Deduction on Field Staff Expense due to very pathetic expense policy which is not even par with startup companies.

Company culter is good NSM is good person.

Don't care about feild service emgineers, no one to support from head office, pressure is on only feild engineer, have to work on Sunday or at late nights but noone will support from HO.

Environment Is very bad they don't believe on there employees and my manager was on the 3rd class manager i have ever seen.

There management team is very poor ,managers are uneducated and unprofessional.

There is nothing to be disliked because if your parents stops you doing wrong things, it's doesn't mean they hate you, same here, this is my family and there is no place for word "dislike" In family.
