There is nothing to like about that company, worst company I have ever worked in my entire life, do not work here

Dislikes

Salary never on time, in difficult times of covid they deduced half month salary for 3 months, shameless people, they will keep your salary for 3 months and after so many mails and calls, they will give u 1 month salary. Work life balance is zero, I would highly recommend not to work in this pathetic company

Dear All, From the company's Whole time Director to the HR team, no one can be trusted to speak. Moreover, there is no value of the offer letter of this company. And no matter how many days the job will last, if someone hires for one month, then only for two months. According to my experience, do not even think about dreaming for a job in this company.

Salary is delayed regularly by a minimum of 2 months. Unwarranted salary deductions. No training & development. Dirty politics. And many many more reasons to not work here ... it's better to stay jobless than working with Medsave.

Nothing but yes all managements are greedy and literally unconscious about working.

Dislikes

Delayed salary by 2-3 months or no full and final There is unnecessary pressure They are not even paying the service provider after taking paid services on credit. Management use to give increment to their favorite employees aka chamchas..., oh sorry no increment for professionals They delayed my salary by 3-4 months and then i resigned, so total of 5 months salary is pending with them and still waiting for Full and Final but not responding on mail, call, msgs and even physical visits. Please don't work here. Better to stay at home and wait for good opening in an established co.
