Salary is better, They give Salary + Allowance for every Audit Department Workers, Work is easy only

We have to travel different places elsewhere , every 3 months they planned every Audit staff to travel out for work in different Tamilnadu Districts

It is good to work in this organisation because i came to know the employee relations, customer satisfaction, performance appraisal very well. Another plus point is that my teammates came from different culutural backgrounds and we work happily.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is bit slow. The work pressure will be high ,sometimes i have to work 11-12hours straight in a day to finish the pending work.

Only job security Freshers candidate correct learning platform. otherwise no development,

Low salary hike and promotion. Experience candidates not suitable for this company salary very very very low. Notice Period employee and absconding employee's they're handling almost same.

Only on time salary no delay.... never. But only salary, other incentives and payouts will be credited within forever or in between how many days you work there.

If you are a pharmacist never ever join here. They will make you work a lot(cleaning, dusting, morning and night duties) saying everyone is equal and everyone should do all the works but won't give you any incentives saying "pharmacist won't get incentives" They won't give you aporn and would scold you by saying they'll cut 1000₹ from your salary of you won't "buy" an apron yourself as "pharmacist won't get an apron"

No increments No incentives Salary would be cut on minor mistakes
