No compensation evwn if you work extra hours ut growth . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I had to work from home also.after finishing my work at office. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, the reason to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do.was receiving appreciation emails from.the clients, but they go unnoticed during my year end appraisals.There is no job training for freshers, seniors has to guide the freshers step by step which make the seniors more busy with the work.
