People are good. You will get your leaves approved easily. Salary is high compared to other company. This is good company to settled down. You will get chance to work with experienced person in there field.

Dislikes

No learning, you will not promoted until you don't tell your manager you want promotion. Training only to manager. Manager are busy enough so that don't get chance to talk to team instead seek update from team lead and blindly believe on them. More focus on business knowledge, not for technically expert person. People just come and do there work and make sure that they will not blame for any work.

Job security, anytime you can be terminated. No upskilling for employees Without any proper training you need to be ready to grab everything which is required from your end. Finance segment is worst, their employees everyday wake up in a fear that if my job is there or not.

No job security, hike will be 500 per year, politics, old employees play politics with junior people, many people working long time with this company because they don't getting opportunity in other company with this job profile, if you don't want to spoil your career then don't join this company.
