First there's no job security. And regarding any leave over deaths of own Kith and kin they ask to work or threatening about job. Overall it's a paid slavery. Kindly think n numerous times before joining. Employee must beg even for tea and lunch break. Employee must answer to customer for their refund or any queries which was unresolved for more than an year. On the other hand SME & TL will force you to complete the target which is impossible as you have to attend both query as well as sales calls no matter what will be the situation. Over here you will gain a depressed life as costumer will also uses cuss languages due to fake promotional messages being sent to them or due to unresolved queries.

...rove by the TL during any emergency situation which led to LOP on your salary's. Even they force employees to work on government holidays for which they won't approve compensation leave.

I just liked the back office work i was doing and salary and some team mates where nice

I dislike the management, no suitable place to seat for efficient working, there where no facilities to employees like good ventilation etc.

Good work environmemt,and good supported culture. Company polacies are good,they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and issues.on the job training is not given to new joiners. And More stress.

...ery month, I was getting 2 extras LOP after maintaining 8 hours of login time. Most of the time my salary got deducted because of LOP which I haven't taken.
