Team mates are good some times actually.No job security.work environment is worst

In particular covid-19 period,I am at home with loss of pay.No growth,no job security,work pressure is very much high.worst experience with this company ever.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times.Also,there is no on job training for fresher,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Good work environmemt,and good supported culture. Company polacies are good,they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and issues.on the job training is not given to new joiners. And More stress.

...ery month, I was getting 2 extras LOP after maintaining 8 hours of login time. Most of the time my salary got deducted because of LOP which I haven't taken.
