No any job security. No any motivation or any support for highlighted any abnormalities

...6 months. So i am left from the organization n now from to feb to till job less. HR said if you want FF settlement so pay 16k I am very shocked for that. Pls request to you pls look this type incident n take corrective action against corrupted persons n save cipla s damage Thank you

Very less staff then need as do to work as CGMP guildeline and online so employees assigned multiple activities across different section hence to complete the target employees has to unwillingly do multiple task at a time that may led to data integrity violation,hence very minimal job safty
