No work life balance even call on Sunday to work. Never give salary on time something delay for 2 months. No promotion and no job security they can asked you to leave any time and force you to resign. Skill development is zero Extremely bad work culture and the CEO hire his relatives and give 1st preference to them no matter what. They do not give PF even though the company size is 200+ and deduct salary for stupid reason. They don't provide proper documentation at the time of FNF and documentary also look very fake what the send you and also make you sign bond which have unreasonable clause of 3 years. They can fire you or can force you to resign anything but you can not leave the company

Its better only if you desperately need job. But you will definitely think to leave it due to bad culture. Attrition rate is way too high.

Bad work culture, no HR policy, congested work place. Too many employees works in small place. They will frequently change your assigned work. nothing new to learn after some period of time. You could not get leaves easily as there would be no one to look after your client. Then you have to work from home and attend client call even when you are on leave. No HR rules, unprofessional management.

I have how to investigate a claim cummicution with clients and coordinate with hospital members I have learned lot of thing's in claim investigation work like fured and policy holders chiting with insurances company's so l have good experience in claim investigation. .... and please give me a offer to work in other tpa company to my career growth need a job in other tpa company's. .
