One of the stand out aspect of working at Medikon is the supportive work culture. from day one, especially Mr. Karan I've felt encouraged and valued, not just Medikon deserve special mention for their approachability and openness. They actively listen to employee feedback and implement changes that benefit both the team and the company as a whole.

1. Average stability of employees is 6 months. 2. Attrition rate more than 65%. 3. Mostly good reviews are paid. 4. HR & directors screaming all time. 5. Join this group only when you have no options 😔

Best place to work, Management is also supportive and give you free hands to perform the responsibilities. The organization is also focussing on developing the leaders within the organization. There are numerous initiatives taken by HR such as team handling, leadership workshop etc.
