It's very interesting work to do so you get work satisfaction and they provide proper training.

... and education. They are always in search small mistakes for firing you anytime. They expect too much from you with low salary.

Terrible organisation to work with. They hire freshers and when the freshers are not able to perform well within 2-3 days the TL threatens them to discontinue their work and they don't even give them their salary and they give you options to choose either discontinue or start your joining date again. And when you do so they start doing things to get you out from the organisation, if you ask them to fix the software it takes them 1week to fix it and then they count it as you haven't worked, you keep texting them for this as well but they don't respond again keeps a new joining date and when you do another mistake they terminate you instantly and doesn't give salary. Worked for 27days for nothing. I highly recommend you guys to not join this organisation. They will question your skills and they have a very rude behaviour. Don't waste your valuable time in this company. They should stop hiring freshers if they cannot teach work to them. The Probation period is 6months but they throw you out without even letting you complete a month. Non sense company.
