Nothing to be liked. They just believe in hiring and firing the employees within few months only without any reason. Lot of internal politics in the company as well as in the HR Department. Completely waste of time to join this company and spoil your resume experience.

Team is good. Doctors are very good.

Dislikes

Management is pathetic, I'd say rather toxic . HR is not supportive. Finance is secretive. I have more than 20 yrs of work experience but I've never seen such a horrible top management. No communication with the team they only believe in Bullying and not motivating. Top management behaves as if they are some kind of a Goon (Gunda - Mawali type person) and employees are poor helpless people who live on their mercy.

I'm grateful to them because they allowed me to ensure that South India is the best performing team in the company. North was so bad, that they had to sell it off to competitors.

Strategic Blindness of Top Management.

This is multi national company but very good work area but higher authorities is very poor experience he not encouraging hard workers, only entertainment peoples is good salary and promotions and increments this is the situation, i experienced almost 2 years

ONLY ENTERTAINMENT PEOPLES ARE THE BEST FOR THE COMPANY HE'S GOT ALL PROMOTIONS AND INCREMENTS BUT STRICT EMPLOYEES AND HARD WORKERS IS A FOR THE COMPANY. THIS IS THE SITUATION.

It was totally a horrible experience working with Medicover. I’ll not recommend anyone to join there.

Senior staff are the worst. Whole hierarchy is worst. All senior staff Is involved in bicthing. They won’t let you grow in your carrier.
