Worst company to work. They have "hire and fire" policy. They give the candidate assurance for job security but can fire anytime. Bad infrastructure, no perks, no allowances, worst HR policies and leave policies, alternate Saturday working (including the fifth Saturday). Workflow is not streamlined. Typical old age mindset of the management. WhatsApp is used for all official communication by creating various groups.

Good work-life balance, friendly work environment, on-time salary and other benefits

Dislikes

The biased approach (favoritism) and somewhat rude behavior of the senior management. Less scope of learning and growth if you are not assigned the right and experienced manager.

Highly unprofessional. Internal politics. They assure new employees of job security but thats not the case at all. They remove people without giving prior intimation

One of the worst companies when it comes to work culture. There is one lady "JP" who was kicked out of her previous organisations for the same notorious behaviour that she shows here - convinces the boss to fire people according to her whims and fancies! This company would have definitely been a great place to work, as some managers were wonderful. But this one particular lady does not let anyone survive at this organisation - not even the seniors. The worst part is, the boss believes each and every lie of hers. Hope they learn from their mistake soon.
