Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This company fellow the single poly system. Whole management like flattery nature of people. Sorry, but If you have a flattery nature in yourself. You can growth in company otherwise you will have to suffer in it, because they do not understand the value of hard warking and honestly of employee. Sorry, I am giving my negative review for this company. But I am trying to aware those people who can work with full of honesty. Actually, I am really unhappy with this company. Now, I took some leave after approval with management due to some personal problem, actually that time my father's health was not good. So, I took some leave by management approval. This department had replaced me. If you think, it is right decisions of management whatever they done.
