Limited job opportunities, poor scope for learning. Pay scale and increment are variable and very less compared to company. Poor working environment

Loop sided prioirty to education which is far more than the Clinical services, particulalry in terms of appreciation, promotions and perks for those who are working in pure teaching than hospitals.
