i like its culture. everybody is friendly over here.seniors are supportive & appreciate for good work.

the increament policy is worst over here . they dont pay as per your capability and qualification.job security is also not there.

as this is my first job, so i should say i've learnt ..

...may have to extend. but if its happening for a regular time period its not done. and for this extend we are not getting even extra our duty compensation. and the time back for doing extra duty, there is no security you'll get it. most of the time we don't get it. they should look after it a lot. staff satisfaction is must.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
