Good work. Salary is as per the Market Standard. Job security is there for hardworking Member.

Dislikes

No Breakfast and Lunch provided to Employee. Limited parking are availaible, you should reach very early if coming by 4 wheeler. 2 wheeler parking are limited and in open area. Company is not employee friendly.

Likes

Good performers get 20-30 percent hikes. Stability and job security is there. Even when other big companies like Google, Amazon, etc. were laying off many peopl in 2022-23, there are no layoff here till now.

Dislikes

Salary not comparable to other big tech companies but comparable to other semiconductor/telecom companies. Learning and scope of work is not good. Developers are responsible for only responsible for small part of codebase.

...through them. Payscale is good. But not as good as qualcomm. but hikes are poor. Variable bonus twice an year. Pays more than promised amount.

Dislikes

Very Poor work-life balance. Long working hours. Eventhough 9hrs is the official time, you will need to work min 10 hrs daily. Hectic routine and high-pressure. Tight deadlines. Working here is like running a marathon. Repititive activities most of the time

Like the compensation and benefits, company culture, career growth.

Dislikes

Didn't like the work environment, senior didn't treat well, they will just give you task and will not help and will expect the project should be done in time and also will backbiting about you to manager.

Salary is good for freshers that too because they dont give job permanency. They can kick you out anytime without any prior information.

Dislikes

GL and Managers are biased here. They dont upgrade the position of their employees on the basis of performance. Instead they upgrade/appreciate employees acc to their convenience,whom they can pressurize, who makes yes in their yes. Environment is really toxic here.
