...nt hike/appraisal given by based on employees QPR (Quaterly performance Review). So based on the 4 QPR's employees will get the Annual hike also everyone will get quarterly bonus as well. so compare to other companies this bonus system is very good in Mediamint.

...d and judged upon. There's no necessity but they've been doing it for no reason. Salary scam is prevalent, your take home is nowhere near your CTC. Just pure scam.

Internal politics based on the region (north south) Lots of deductions in salary in the name of tax Unethical behaviour by the team members Negligence by the higher authorities towards their employees

(Take everything over a mail, DO NOT TRUST HR AND TA) 2.Hide out in compensation 3. do not truust on management specially HR team, TA, HRM (mohsin), managers, team leads because They will promise you fake stuff all time like there's a new project and we want you here for 4weeks and will atleast keep u there for 6months to year also. Even your offer letter says chennai or pune location. 4. No joining bonus for pune and chennai people but TA will fake promise for sure 5. Team leads are very rude, unprofessional, egoistic, knowledge LESS & Chatu. 6. No indian Holidays 7. Micro-management, you will have to put message in the group even if you're going to peee. 8. Mahendran (skip level manager) is not at all concerned about employees (associate level) and their concerns. 9. Few projects have weekend working and 6days working but company will not disclose this over an offer/appointment letter. 10. No learnings at all. All you'll learn is to please everyone. 11. Forcefully changes the project and no freedom to choose the project. You'll have to work as per company says and can be on weekends as well. 12. ALWAYS stay away from HR manager. 13. Managers will take revenge of lost table tennis match in daily routine.

The only positive thing is there is job security and no pressure in work.

There are too many cuttings from the salary I am seeing. Only half of the CTC will get in hand. Night shifts are horrible all the employees are working in night shifts here. And they will give hike for 1.5 year. But they say that 1 year exactly. Poor management
