I liked the small team structure. You can interact with your colleagues and get to learn in the process.

Dislikes

I did not like the editor continuously discarding any suggestions/story ideas. A fresher is expected to start working from day one without any briefing/training. I would like to narrate the cycle here - come up with story ideas - all of them are rejected - no story ideas to work - you are taken to task for no input - pitch for story ideas and the cycle continues.

I like the ambience and international culture of working at Media India Group. You have people from different backgrounds and you learn every day. The management spends time teaching and guiding you and that is good. You have an opportunity to grow for sure.

A lot of work pressure especially on closing times. You should be independent and multitasking else you wont fit to the place.
