Only good thing is that they pay Salary higher than many of their contemporaries.

Dislikes

No worklife balance No respect for faculties. Student discipline does not exist. Will call you often on Saturdays and Sundays without giving any sort of compensation.

Likes

Engineering students are of better quality than students in other private colleges and private universities of Madhya Pradesh.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not proper for faculty and staff as compared to best private universities of India. Medical leave and maternity/paternity leave are not provided till date to any faculty or staff. They have to take Leave without pay due to illness. Even casual leave is only 8 in years, no optional leave.

The university is declining its student oreiented teaching process now faculties are involved in a lot of other work than teaching and research. VC of the university says its your first home work for university. Faculty have to do discipline duties like bodyguards in summer too take classes practicals organze events .. .. and the higher authorities dont treat you as professor or other non teaching staff of the university. They are harasshed by higher authority by saying you will be thrown out on silly mistakes .. .. in this type of unstable work environment no one can focus on thier self growth. And also when you will publish paper then only you will get hike .. but you wont get time with their workload.. .. if you dont have job then join medicaps .. otherwise you will lose your mental peace as well as your personal life ..
