Working in Medi Assist was a great experience, the work culture is very good and excellent. employee enjoy their work and are not stressed out at all. we don't feel as if we are working ,employee enjoy their work with security and liniency with the manager. All the manager and assistant manager are very soft spoken and very supportive which I had experienced ,always ready to hear you and your problems and be their for you in any situation and make you comfortable, if you ask me Medi Asist is like a family and you really want to come an work over there with happiness.

The only factor that I dis liked about Medi Assist was this MA CT post that means MA is a payroll job and CT is a contractual job were lots of things get hampered .Like if your post is of consultant that meat CT than you ant get pay slips you wont get experience letter ,reliving letter ,and much more .this is the only loss for which I had to leave Medi Asist which I did not wanted to but i had too. I was so not willing to leave Medi Assist.

They hire as a slave,offer salary like a beggar,they hire doctors when they needed once pendency down they started framing the employee in wrong things and forced to give resignation,full politics ,Culture is very low.no safe place for women.

Pathetic and worst HR policy.nobody responds properly very poor salary and they extend consultant agreements so that they can pay the same salary for you untill you resign and they don't have to pay the appraisals also.this is their trick to cheat employees.take all your leaves prior because no credit for unused leave balance on resignation.they won't even provide experience and relieving letter on time.worst company policy of trying not to give whichever benefits as possible.

Very much friendly environment , Have learned a lot. Awesome experience with this company. Managers as well as my team members were too good , very much supportive in work.

Dislikes

Compensation is in Average , but growth is slow. The work pressure is not too high. managers do appreciate in mail, msgs but during mid-year appraisals it mostly go unnoticed.
