If you have career gap or other issues, then you can choose this but don’t expect any professional approach or good future from Medhavi, specially from HR Department. Most of the so called HR”s are think they are Superior of the Company. That’s why I mentioned Childish”. HR are failed to create professional environment

Management is so concerned about their business, carelessness towards the employee, lots of political infighting, work life imbalance, HR is not qualified enough to handle the coordination between employee and employer.

There is nothing to learn, Company policy is not structured , it is still struggling. Appraisal and Growth is biased and truly unfair. Hr Manager has behavioural issue. She is a hollow leader , have 0 leadership quality.You have to work beyond working hours.

It's a very good skill training instruction. So many qualified and experienced trainers are engaged for quality training. Students are getting good training and knowledge.

Work life, they don't differentiate between a teacher and a corporate employee. And Hr is very bad to manage every thing and she is very much interested in personal life of the employee.
