The only thing good in here is, the salary comes in time.

Everything. Terrible HR policy. No leave. Also mandatory working even during weekend and CLs. Very low pay scale. No knowledge upgradations. Most pathetic thing is, this company don't even provide any appraisal or incentive. Idiots are sitting in higher position with big fat package and 0 skills. Management system is pathetic in here.

...ing worse every now and then just because of egoistic approach by HR Department. They may hired you with good package but no skill and career development, appraisal are biased. Micro Management. If you have career gap or other issues, then you can choose this but don’t expect any professional approach or good future from Medhavi, specially from HR Department. Most of the so called HR”s are think they are Superior of the Company. That’s why I mentioned Childish”. HR are failed to create professional environment

Management is so concerned about their business, carelessness towards the employee, lots of political infighting, work life imbalance, HR is not qualified enough to handle the coordination between employee and employer.

There is nothing to learn, Company policy is not structured , it is still struggling. Appraisal and Growth is biased and truly unfair. Hr Manager has behavioural issue. She is a hollow leader , have 0 leadership quality.You have to work beyond working hours.

It's a very good skill training instruction. So many qualified and experienced trainers are engaged for quality training. Students are getting good training and knowledge.

Someone management persons take dicession on whispering.
