Overall experience Working with company is good, during COVID-19 they are helpful, salary on time ,no deduction occurs, downsizing of employees doesn’t happen .

Career growth is little bit slow ,analysis of competency and utlilization of knowledge in right direction affecting the employees.

Except salary all thing of working culture are very very very much bed. There 8s no job security and work like poor and inexperienced person are sheeting in management for us monitoring. Boss behaviour is so terrible, they always told medhaj like family but it's not follow that think single 1 parcent.

As a power consultant, if you are posted at Discom lavel you are bound to meet some amazing & powerful people

1. Salary not adequate as per profile given 2. Frequent transfer without any reimbursement 3. No trust from higher authority 4. No appraisal on time. 2 appraisal in 5 year service 4k per appraisal 5. No vehicle arrangements for higher position engineer as deputy manager, manager, DGM 6. Can depose any manpower anytime. No security of job

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.

I have been working in this company for 2 years and I am happy with the salary increase

The only drawback in ES company is that if you have quoted 3000 then they will give you 1500 to 1600 for travelling
