...can cancel your leave anytime sometimes they approved but sometimes they reject. Salary is very low and your job is not secure(for freshers engineer only 12000). promotion rules are not clear.

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.

(1) Providing mostly old and used IT equipment. (2) Asking repots suddenly & urgent basis. (3) Not giving the time of home work for correct and accurate reports. (4) No increments & Promotion on timely.

Financially helps to some employees but that is also since employees have not sufficient salary to spend on their basics even

Dislikes

... are on leaves. I have never ever seen or heard such kind of horrible workplace. They pay salary like chillers and then pay extra to employees sometimes just to do favour on them so that employees can't think to leave the company and they will ask to employees to leave for silly things, such unprofessional place. And employees working there don't have courage to say anything happening wrong there, everyone have hatred from inside but no one is capable enough to speak up.
