...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they give bad salary and bonus are not given every year.

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.

(1) Providing mostly old and used IT equipment. (2) Asking repots suddenly & urgent basis. (3) Not giving the time of home work for correct and accurate reports. (4) No increments & Promotion on timely.
