It is a good company for startup. It has some limited work and you have to understand this. After that it's depend upon you, how to utilise your knowledge for your work.

It is not good for future growth because it has some limited work and not pay good salary to their employees. In this company the faith at employees is not good. That's why they always confused about, which one work for their company. So don't be more confident if you work their. Their some employees are fully corrupted that's why I resin from my post but they still not give my experience certificate.

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

Dislikes

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.

I have been working in this company for 2 years and I am happy with the salary increase

The only drawback in ES company is that if you have quoted 3000 then they will give you 1500 to 1600 for travelling

(1) Providing mostly old and used IT equipment. (2) Asking repots suddenly & urgent basis. (3) Not giving the time of home work for correct and accurate reports. (4) No increments & Promotion on timely.
