Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.
