Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. managers do not value an individual unique strength which is make my moral down.

Micro management. HR on-boarding experience wrost. No support after joining in company, Management tone changed talked rudely no work life balance. Biased management. Experience holder no value if you have expertise in A. Company management will give work in X. Company culture not so good feels like regret. Company only needs labour's.
